*Willow *Gourds     Much more to come *Hide tanning

I tan deer hides, in the old way. By using the brain of the animal. So when I refer to buckskin, in a product I have made this leather. When I’m scraping a hide I save these scrapings to make deer glue. I use this to seal earth paint (different colors the earth gives us,Dirt!). Usually I paint my rawhide

I harvest WILLOW, plentiful in my neck of the woods.to make paint brushes, hoops for stretching small hides, Willow has many uses.

I do use commercial leather I buy from stores also.
