Lovable, Huggable Dolls

Pecan Dolls - They are about 3 1/2” tall. Made with my scrape material, 1 pecan. I tie the arms and they have a scarf around their necks. Then I paint a face to give them personalities! When ordering one, I will pick the next one to go!

These dolls were born back in 1995. One of my customers call 2 nights before Christmas that year. Her young son wanted a Indian Boy doll, to huge & love. I said to her, give me the rest of the day and I’ll see what I can come up with, with what I had in my workshop. Canvas from patching 16’ lodge, wool, I gather wool from a friend that Sheers sheep at shows I go to, & scrap leather & cloth. So I drew out a pattern. Cloth hair, I braid. They are 13” Tall, they all carry a little knife made of lthr on their belts. Girls are wearing leggings over their moccasins.

I am sold out of my big doll, I  can take orders. I have about 6 made up just not dressed. Need to get busy !
